Study On Developing Suggestions Of Logistics Industry In Lu'an City

Logistics industry in international society is explained for the accelerator of economy development, and brings the positive influence to the health development of nation or region economy. After logistics theory is entered our country, it has received the unprecedented attention from the governments and the enterprises. The 11th Five-year Plan of Lu'an City pointed out: "in virtue of the traffic hinge which soon form, Lu'an City will be built the business trade center of Dabie Mountains region and the logistics center of east-west intermediate belt, etc; and will initiatively develop logistics industry." Logistics industry will listed as one of new industrial which vigorously will be developed in Lu'an City. But Lu'an City's Logistics industry still is in a lower level, the modern Logistics industry starts just now. Therefore, from the actual situation of Lu'an City, the important topic in our presence is to exert the own-self advantages, rapidly speed up modern logistics, so as to promote economic better growth. After analyzing the logistics actuality and existing problems in Lu'an city, this paper emphasizes to study on developing suggestions of logistics.The paper is organized as follows:Firstly, the paper studies on the logistics industry's shape, devolvement, concept, characteristic, etc. Moreover, from the aspects of strengthening city with economy, improving economy operating efficiency, promoting industry upgraded, speeding up enterprise reformed and improving investment environment, it analyzes the vital significance of strengthening city economy with logistics development.Secondly, this paper describes the actualities of logistics professional education, logistics talents, transport infrastructure and information platform in Lu'an city, also analyzes the self-existing problems in the process of logistics development, mainly including of people idea's dropping behind, enterprise scale small, technique dropping behind, information degree low, logistics enterprise operating no criterion, logistic functions no corresponding with city industry development, management methods backwardness and management benefit partial low ,and so on.Thirdly, the paper mainly studies on developing suggestions of logistics industry in Lu'an City, including of economy development to promote logistics development, Exaltating citizenry logistics consciousness, logistics enterprise operating the actions, exerting government's positive role, Working well the logistics education, strengthening logistics talents indraught and education, intensifying transport infrastructure, completing logistics information platform, logistics park construction and developing agricultural product logistics etc.Finally, after studying on developing suggestions of logistics industry in Lu'an City, the paper further analyze three steps and several problems of logistics development.
