With the constant development of electronic commerce, the traditional economic mode was impacted fiercely. The competition among enterprises has become a core enterprise supply chain competition. In order to maintain a leading competitive edge, enterprises are making efforts to obtain greater collaboration and adjustment among supply chain partners through a method called "supply chain integration". SCM (Supply Chain Management) provides custumers with better services and lower cost through balancing the above controversial aims. SCM integrated all the related process into a value created and added chain, a logistics flow and an information flow. SCI (Supply Chain Integration) is the high-integrated developed ideology of SCM. It focuses on the core enterprise of specific supply chain,through improving and optimizing the related process, organizations and flows of this chain to achieve the good result of supply chain performance improving.Now the rapid development of electronic commerce makes the achievement of SCI much more effective, but how to achieve successful integration of supply chain management, make the supply chain network enterprises get rapid and real-time decision through overall,dynamic and synergy mode in highly complex distributed environments, cope with market competition and customer demand changes agilely, get competitive edge continually, become an important practical problem yet to be resolved. Generally speaking, the competitive advantages of supply chain result from two main areas, firstly, it must enhance customer service levels while reducing operating costs;Secondly, the market must improve the speed of response to customers with more choices available to them and more value for expropriation. This calls for the creation of a seamless supply chain, the whole supply chain system should operate synergicly like an independent entity, making the best to minimize or reduce time occupation of non-value-added within and among the supply chain node enterprises,achieving consistent action in response to the demand ,increasing the flexibility and agility of supply chain, so as to more effectively meet with the evolving needs of the market.Based on the research of meaning,process and mode of supply chain integration under the electronic commerce environment ,the chapters are as follows :Chapter 1 : Introduction. Briefly explained the significance of the thesis topic and the research status, and gives the framework of this study.Chapter 2 : Related theoretical study of the synthesis. It expounded the concept of supply chain integration and the main research content,and also analyzed all stages of the development of supply chain integration. It achieved the actual significance of supply chain integration combining a virtual mathematical mode. Finally, we discussed ways to integrate and specific steps to implement.Chapter 3 : It analyzed the logistics resources integration which materialized the supply chain integration. First of all, it presented the specific contents of the logistics resources integration ,Secondly, it came to talk the channels of logistics integration, Lastly, it also analyzed the necessity of integration between the logistics and the funds flow while leading to the concept of "financial logistics". It also analyzed the financial risks and the avoid measures.Chapter 4 : We analyzed the problems about the integration of information flow within the supply chain. First,it outlined the integration of information flow, then it analyzed the value derived from the integration of information flow.Chapter 5 : Supply chain integration mode with electronic commerce. This is the key part of the thesis which is divided into three sections. In the first section We analyzed the impact brought by the electronic commerce to supply chain integration, mainly from two aspects which are influencing factors and influencing latitud, within which the influencing factors are mainly about competitive factors,technical factors, academic factors and innovative factors; and the influencing latitude can be divided into five parts: information integration, planning synchronization, workflow collaboration, the new business mode and quality control. In the second one we analyzed the implement mechanism of supply chain integration, which can be divided into internal mechanism of integration and inter-enterprise integration mechanism. In the last part we researched the supply chain integration mode, which can be divided into three types. The first one is to use a third-party to achieve supply chain integration, This mode enables businesses to bypass the redundant investments, using a transparent platform for integration and transactions directly, which is an applicable mode of China's current electronic commerce development. The second one is direct contaction for supply chain integration among enterprises. Under this mode, supply chain integrates directly without the need of the third-party, but it requires the establishment of a unified standard such as data exchange underlying standards, process-oriented electronic commerce application standards etc. The third one is the enterprise collaborative integration based on the information center, a mode similar to the third-party integration mode, only the third-party was replaced by an information center. The supply chain businesses will transfer the message which needs to share with an information center, based on the enterprise collaboration, the information center will integrate and achieve unified management of these informations,which providing to provide information sharing services for supply chain enterprises, achieving an integrated operation of supply chain. Chapter 6 : Case studies. Based on the supply chain integration strategy implemented by Shanghai Bell companies with the electronic commerce, it confirmed well the truth of the real value to enterprises brought by the supply chain integration.Chapter 7 : Summary and Outlook. Combining with specific figures and examples,it put forward again the effect to enterprises brought by the supply chain integration and affirmed its actual value.In summary, through the research of supply chain integration mode with electronic commerce, we see that the supply chain integration can improve value on each node of the entire supply chain whose core is the core business, thus maximizing the entire effectiveness and increase overall value. Currently, the theoretical circle still lacks systemic and in-depth study on supply chain integration, and the supply chain integration implemented by many enterprises is just some kind of "formal" integration, "essence" is still a scattered and independent decision-making, which is difficult to achieve operate synergicly, it will of course not meet the fundamental problems of supply chain's flexibility and agility required by competitive environment. The research of this paper is just based on this problem, although there are still many places needed to be improved in this paper, it also works well as decision-making role on providing supply chain integration strategy for enterprises as well as through which kind of integration mode.
