Supply chain integration is a hot research field of supply chain, the supply chainintegration is a difficult task and complicated work. M is a leading global Chinese motor,automatic control solutions and generator manufacturer M group branches in Chinese, M10companies Chinese are acquired, supply chain operation is the act of one’s own free will,facing the quality problems, the urgent need to supply chain integration, improve theoperating costs of enterprises, production quality, speed and service. This paper studies MChina supply chain integration model, discusses how to: M Chinese through internalintegration by eliminating barriers between different departments to strengthen the internalinteraction and cooperation between enterprises internal allocation of resources, logistics andinformation flow,how to pass the supplier integration to the survival of the fittest for thesupplier, improve quality, reduce the cost, and the establishment of strategic cooperativepartnership between the supplier; how the customer integration to improve theircomprehensive ability, customer service.At the same time, research on risk control based on M Chinese supply chain integration,research indicates that supply chain integration can reduce and avoid the risk of supply chain,risk but unsuccessful conformity exacerbate the supply chain in order to ensure supply chainsmooth, the need for integrated decision-making, planning and implementation stages of riskidentification, control and prevention. The paper also discussed the reason of the lack ofsupply chain integration power, from the perspective of value creation of supply chainintegration into competitive, cooperative and competing type three kinds, pointed out that themechanism of value distribution is the solution of supply chain integration.Finally, the M Chinese integrated supply chain performance with the data that the MChinese supply chain integration is successful, successful reason is M Chinese according totheir own situation and market environment to choose the implementation model is correct,and the integration of supply chain implementation of risk control, to ensure the smoothintegration of.
