Study On The Potential And Countermeasure Of Development Of China's Aging Industry

With the improvement of the living standard and the development of medical science and the implementation of family planning policy,the age structure of China has changed obviously.China entered the aging society at the end of 20 century.China,as the biggest developing country in the world, is facing the aging phenomenon at the background of low level of productivity and economy,which will cause profound changes on economy and social development.Population aging brings about a basic social problem,namely how to satisfy old people's special need,to cope with which,the experience of those countries that have entered the aging population tells us that developing the aging industry is the most active and effective approach.The serious situation of population aging in China proposes the potential demand to the aging industry,also provides a huge population advantage.But,socholars have different understanding on the concept and the characteristics of aging industry.
