The Research Of Sustainable Development On Tibet Agriculture

Sustainable development is an important problem that the world is facing nowadays, whose essence is to change traditional thought and pattern of development, and to boost virtuous use of resource and benign circle of ecosystem. The agriculture is a pillar of Chinese national economy .Strengthening its capability of sustainable development unceasingly and structuring its pattern according with Chinese actual conditions is of great strategic significance to ascertaining sustainable development strategy and realize the plan of an overall well-to-do society. The agriculture and rural area sustainable development are significant in the world proposition. It is important to China, even more important to big province of agriculture Tibet. Therefore, research aiming at seeking to ensure continuing stabilizing developing of agriculture in Tibet is of great significance theoretically and practically.To realize sustainable development of agriculture is to develop agriculture neither destroying agriculture renewable resources nor reducing environmental quality .Combining preserving the ecological environment and improving agricultural resource with satisfying needs of human being so that food safety , organism's habits reasonableness and sustainable development can be met. Sustainable development in agriculture is mainly to resolve significant sparse agricultural resource and significant natural resources destroy by adopting a way to use and defend the basis of natural resources, and to put the effectuation technology reforms into effect as well. To ensure the agriculture product need of the present human being and their descendant can be satisfied. The sustainable development accepts(including agriculture , forestry and fishery) defend land , water , animal and plant inheriting resource , being the agriculture system that unregenerate in environment, applicable in economy and acceptable in society. Sustainable development is helpful to resolve two-way harmony of agricultural development and environment protection. Paying attention protection of resource and environment with economy development to make resource and environment prop up agriculture development virtually. Meanwhile, by promoting effective protection of resource and environment through development in agriculture to combine resources with exploitation, use and protection of environment effectively, which is to prevent agriculture development at the cost of destroy of resources and environment, nor prevent hindering exploitation and use while emphasizing protection exclusively .As a whole, agriculture in Tibet is marching to the stage of sustainable agriculture stage from no sustainable one. The central issue it is to handle globosity and area structure problem. Globosity is to solve internal coordination, balance and synchrony relation between social resources and natural resources. There are some essentials that must grasp: One is to take"invariable two long range"policy as basis and to realize agricultural industrialization gradually; Two is treat relation between resources development and environment protection correctly. To exploit its advantage to the full and seek new economic growth point; Three,"increasing grain, developing herd and powering enterprises"is the necessary choice to Tibetan agriculture and rural economy. Area structure can be divided into Tibet northeast pastoral area, Tibet northwest pastoral area, Tibet west farming and stockbreeding areas, Tibet south farming and stockbreeding areas, Tibet middle peasant pastoral area, Tibet southeast farming and stockbreeding areas, Tibet east farming and stockbreeding areas, Tibet south frontier farming and stockbreeding areas. Solving different problems with different methods according to circumstances in light of the areas.The main structure of this thesis is as follows: Chapter one introduces related theoretical problem in agricultural sustainable development and explores meaning and characteristics of it. Chapter two expounds current situation, prime problems and restrict factors in Tibet. Chapter three comments on background and fix position of Tibetan agriculture. The approach to developing agriculture in Tibet is brought up further. Chapter four brings up some recommendations on approach to developing agriculture in Tibet.
