| Tibet autonomous region is located at the Qingzang plateau, which is a margin minor nation area whose nationality is mainly the Zangzu. The economy of Tibet is generally poor, especially the life of people who live in the agricultural and pastoral areas. During the period of constructing the New Socialist Countryside and on the background of Go-West Campaign, Tibet is at an unprecedented step that is of historic significance. The significant assignment raised in the 16th conference of the Party is constructing the New Socialist Countryside. With region as a study unit which has certain resources and could do economic cooperation, and with the practice of Tibet, this thesis is committed to probing into the theory of society-economy-nature compound system, to analyzing it with specific examples, to raising the developing method of the new Tibet countryside construction and sustainable development.Constructing the new Tibet countryside demands that the development of Tibet' s country economy has the sustainability, the construction of environment has the comprehension, the construction of culture has the overall importance, and the construction has the democracy. This thesis analyses the situation of Tibet countries' economy and society from the aspects of Tibet countries' economy, education, economical organizations and managing structures. Conforming to the foundation of developing policy which is "low cost, good benefit, more feature, fast development" , four development methods are raised: constructing the new country with developing tourism resource, constructing the new country with developing mineral resources, constructing the new country with developing border trade, and constructing the new country with developing and processing agricultural products with Tibet' s characters.
