| The industrial cluster is a body of geographically joining companies and interrelated institutions which lie between the pure market organizations and stratified organizations. They are related to a certain industry realm and can acquire competition advantages by competing and cooperating with each other in the condition of sharing technology, information, human resource and public basic facilities, etc. By using the theories of industrial cluster, and though qualitative and quantitative analysis, this paper has studied the characteristics of the formation and development of the manufacturing sector cluster in Sichuan-Chongqing region, as well as cluster types and factors that promote the formation and development.1. The primary content and point of this paperThis paper includes four parts. The first part expounds the development of the industrial cluster theory and introduces the main genres engaged in industrial cluster study along the formation of industrial clusters. And there are some reasons for the shaping and developing of the industrial cluster, such as natural resources, external economics, technical innovation.The second part examines the present situation of Sichuan-Chongqing regions'manufacturing sector and manufacturing industrial clusters, and provided the foundation and condition for the next part to analyze developing foundations and confinement factors the manufacturing industry in Sichuan-Chongqing region.The third part analyzes that the foundations, the advantages, the confinement factors and the open questions are existing in the manufacturing industry developing of Sichuan-Chongqing region. And points out there are some questions restricting the developing of manufacturing sector in Sichuan-Chongqing region, including the weak competitiveness, the low creativeness etc.The forth part brings forward the methods and establishes the reasonable of strategic target to promote the Sichuan and Chongqing region manufacturing industrial cluster development, according to the manufacturing foundation and condition of Sichuan-Chongqing region.The last part is the core and the essences of this paper, contains six sections. The first section mainly describes that the government how to pushing the industrial clusters developments. From Section 2 to section 3, it analyzes how to shape and develop industrial cluster by relying on enterprises and industrial parks. The other sections describe how to perfect the support system in order to developing industrial clusters.2. The main contributions of this paper(1).This paper puts forward the method to promote the manufacturing industry development in the Sichuan-Chongqing region must be carried by industrial clusters, and on the foundation of the advantage repaired with each other industry, then push Sichuan-Chongqings'economy developing.(2).This paper is tight with industrial clusters for center, and put forward strategic measures to develop the manufacturing industry of Sichuan-Chongqing region. These strategic measures not only have the aims very strongly, but also put forward the concrete solution to each measure.(3).Based on the research of Sichuan-Chongqing region manufacturing development by qualitative and quantitative analysis, this paper puts forward the questions in developing of the manufacturing sector, such as the weak competitiveness of the enterprises, the low level of enterprise innovation.These problems provide an important reference value for developing the manufacturing sector in Sichuan-Chongqing region.(4).This paper presents the strategic goals in Sichuan-Chongqing region manufacturing industry cluster development, that is, to set up a advanced manufacturing base and the realization of green manufacturing. The strategic goal of the proposal to upgrade the Sichuan-Chongqing region for the industry in the international competitive, shaping the future status of the world's manufacturing center is of great strategic significance, and also is systematic and innovative.3. The shortages of this paperBecause the limited time and my low level of scholarship, this paper still have many shortages, mainly including:(1).Although this paper does a lot of analysis on the strategic channels for developing the industrial clusters in Sichuan-Chongqing region, However, since my lower academic standards, the paper failed to give a complete system framework for developing Sichuan-Chongqing region's manufacturing industry cluster .(2).Because of my low level of scholarship and the lack of related data,this paper can not provide the quantitative analysis and the support of the substantial evidence to some conclusions and policy.(3).This paper proposes that strengthening Sichuan-Chongqing industries to complement each other in the development of industrial clusters Sichuan - Chongqing region should be the strategic thinking, But how to coordinate the industries in Sichuan-Chongqing region is inadequate.(4).Because the professional scopes of this paper is wide, and even going beyond my knowledge background and ability, so some methods and standpoints of this paper are still very superficial. |
