Study On The Regional Innovation System In The Development Of Regional Economy Of Sichuan

1.Origion of the researchSichuan Province is located in Southwestern China and is upriver along Yangzi River,which is the greatest province of economy, culture, resource and tour in western China.Since the foundation of China, the economy of Sichuan has been improved a lot because of the great support of central government. However, when compared with the developed regions in eastern China, the whole situation of Sichuan seems to be left behind significantly. Furthermore, when judging the the economic development of inner Sichuan province, we can see the huge gap between Chengdu Economic Region and other regions, which we called the unbalanced phenomena will inevitably prevent Sichuan from developing harmoniously. Therefore, both the theory and practice sectors have already paid much attention to it. In order to achieve a balanced development for each region in Sichuan, this article draws emphasis on how to build an effective Sichuan regional innovation system whose fuction is to accelerate the development of Sichuan province and carry Sichuan'economic development forward noticeably. Regional innovation can be the power of internal circulation, guarantee of economy growth and accelerator of upgrading the structure of production. Third, there are lots of problems remaining. For example, how to define the function of Government and the strength of regulation.2.Main ideas and contents of the article.The function of innovation and regional innovation system is to develop an economy constantly. Innovation is defined as the activity of designing and producing new products from new ideas. Different regions has different development characters because of different gifts of resource and social economic condition. So different regions should explore their own roads of development. Firstly, the article studys the theory of the realationship between regional innovation and regional development. Secondly, it deepy analyse what is the operation principles of regional innovation system and how to make advantage of them. Thirdly, the article studies the practical situation of Sichuan and raises some problems and difficulty in detail based on the former analyses. Finally, the main content is aim to suggest some effective solutions to build up Sichuan innovation system to solve the problems mentiond above and advises arranging for the regional policy choices.3.The contributions of this article.It studies the options of economy development of Sichuan from a totally new respect. And it emphasizes the importance of knowledge. Then, it put forward establishing governmental directions to accelerate industrial and space concentration in order to help perfect the balanced economic develpoment of the regions in Sichuan.
