| Regional Innovation System plays important role on regional economy development. Regional Innovation System can drive the increase of regional economy and promote the advancement of industry structure and upgrade the regional competitive ability. In reverse, Regional Innovation System also needs the support of regional economic development. Regional economic development is the important physical basis of Regional Innovation System and it provides environmental support for Regional Innovation System and regional economic development is the basic goal of regional innovation. So the research on harmony of RIS and regional economic development has important significant for the whole economic development of Heilongjiang.First, this paper summarizes the relevant theories about RIS and regional economic development. On the basis of analyzing the consisting factors of RIS and regional economic development, the paper puts forward the reciprocity theory. The paper also explains the present development conditions of Heilongjiang from RIS and regional economic development angles.Second, the paper builds the RIS and regional economic development appraisal index system from four angles which include harmony between innovation main body and regional economy, harmony between innovation resources and regional economy, harmony between innovation ability and regional economy, harmony between innovation environment and regional economy. The paper renders the weight using variation coefficient method and analyzing the harmony of Heilongjiang RIS and regional economic development using principal component projection method and compares the harmony of Heilongjiang with other typical cities and provinces. Then it finds the problems in harmony development of RIS and regional economy in Heilongjiang province.At last, aiming the existing problems the paper puts forward the countermeasures of how to improve the harmony development of RIS and regional economy in Heilongjiang province. |
