Research On The Innovation Of Social Management&Demonstration In Urbanization Progress

Social management is a necessary management in human society. In order tokeep a proper social order, social management must run in a proper way. We need toenhance and innovate the social management, to keep the social order, make thesociety run harmoniously, give people happy lives, build a nice social environment forthe Party and country. Currently our country is on the fast urbanization track.Urbanization brings not only social progress but also profound adjustment to thesociety interests. This adjustment usually comes with complex social and economicproblems. To coordinate the confliction among different parties, the research on theenhanced and innovative social management is crucial to the steady urbanization.This paper is based on the international relevant research, focuses on the currenturbanization stage of our country, research on the method of enhanced and innovativesocial management. Having done a thorough research of the current availabledocuments, this paper tries to build the theoretical framework of enhanced andinnovative social management. According to the changes in the balance of urban andrural development, use the theory of enhanced and innovative social management,emphasize on the major problems in the urbanization, especially the problems on thecoordination of the confliction among different parties, and find the crucial points ofenhanced and innovative social management. Huaming town of Tianjin is used as ademonstration, focus on the coordination of the confliction among different parties,and systematically summarize the experience of Huaming town in the area ofurbanization. Especially on solving the farmer’s land incomes problems, complete thesustainable development, resolve the farmer’s worries, and regulate the managementpolicies. This paper reveals the important inspiration and basic experience on theenhanced and innovative social management on the current urbanization stage. Thispaper also gives a strategic suggestion on the current urbanization stage of TianjinCity.
