The study on the psychological contract in an enterprise is a popular topic in the field of Western Organization and Human Resources Management. It is aimed at coordinating the behavior between the enterprise and its employees so that it can improve its efficiency and satisfy its employees at the same time.The psychological contract is a kind of informal contract that describes the rights and the responsibility between each other. The most important part of the contract is the unwritten responsibility. Although the contract is unwritten, it has important effects on coordinating the employee's expectation and behavior. So, the study on psychological contract is of great help for us in setting an effective motivation system.Employee's behavior is reaction to recognizable inspiration. Employees will choose their behavior by judging the job relationship, motivation, training, etc. That is to say, whether the enterprise can guide and motivate the employee's behavior depends on many factors such as need, will, emotion, interest, etc. The enterprise motivation system is made of those factors. Essentially, the motivation is a series of reaction to need or desire. The need is diverse, so the enterprise can not possibly fulfill all the employees'needs at one time. When some of the needs can not be fulfilled, the employees will try to find some other way to release them. When the employee gets frustrated, they will be pessimistic and defensive .On that condition, the motivation becomes an enhancement method to determine what action they will take to treat their enterprise. That is to say, the psychological contract will affect the employee's satisfaction, organizational promises, job security, hire relationship, motivation and turnover tendency.The core employees are rare resources of the enterprise. The turnover of the core employees would not only bring loss such as the cost of recruitment and re-training to the enterprise but also slowdown its growth. One research done by an international consultant company asked the 200 companies growing up fastest in the world one question: What makes the employer sleepless? The most frequent answer is"how do we attract high quality employees"or"how could we keep core employees?"In fact, the turnover rate of core employees is very high. One important reason is the violation of the psychological contract.Compared with ordinary employees, core employees are more professional and of high quality in psychology and behavior. They have many characters such as strong expectation of self-realization, high success and spiritual motivation, creation, self-control. They are hard to be supervised and their achievements, evaluated. Core employees usually play more important roles in the enterprise, so the management on them should be based on their characters. Thus the motivation can function better. On account of that, this thesis plans to analyze the turnover of core employees from the point of the psychological contract and give relative suggestions.
