Core employees often occupy very important positions in enterprises. There exists a famous "two-eight law". However, for some objective and subjective reasons, some core employees may resign, which would result in "job-hopping" phenomenon and cause great loss for the enterprises, just because the core staff plays a pillar role in the economic interest of the enterprise production; meanwhile, they hold the enterprises’commercial secrets and stable customer groups. Their departure may apparently have negative impact on the enterprises and should not be overlooked. Based on this, this thesis is to have a relevant incentive study of psychological contract relationship breakdown between core employees and enterprises on resignation intention.Firstly, the thesis has a brief revision of the literature at home and abroad and launches the construction of theory model. Secondly, taking IMPULSE, an enterprise in Changzhou as the study case, the thesis gives the reasons for choosing the case, describes the process of data collecting and data coding and then tests information reliability and validity. Thirdly, the thesis analyzes IMPULSE mainly from two angles:one is from relationship-based psychological contract and the other is transactional psychological contract.
