Scientific and reasonable employee incentive measures are the important factors for the sustainable development of enterprises and the maintenance of competitive advantage.However,because of the core staff's strong independence consciousness,self-value realization desire and so on,the ways through the economic contract and the traditional incentive methods to motivate the core staff has become less and less effective.Therefore,at present,many enterprises have established a seemingly complete incentive system,but the work enthusiasm and creativity of the core staff is still not high.How to formulate scientific and reasonable incentive measures and realize effective encouragement to core employees is an important task in human resource management of modern enterprises.Through the research of core staff incentive mechanism and psychological contract theory,this paper uses the form of questionnaire survey and interview,on the basis of the actual investigation of WKM Company,deeply understands the current situation of human resources management in the company,and carries on the analysis of existing problems from the psychological contract angle of view.Based on the model of psychological contract acting on incentive system,the necessity and importance of designing enterprise incentive system from the point of view of psychological contract are demonstrated.At the same time,the psychological contract scale is used to investigate and analyze the status of WKM core employees' psychological contract.Differences in attribute variables of different core employeesand different preferences for psychological contract components.And this paper puts forward the solution strategy based on the theory of psychological contract.This article starts from the three-dimensional structure of the core employee psychological contract,and from the angle of the dynamic development of the psychological contract,sets up and adjusts the incentive mechanism of the core employee of the enterprise,which helps to build a high-quality core staff team,better identify the company's human resources management problems,help management better grasp the core staff's inherent needs as the core,provide a scientific analysis method for improving the current situation of the core staff incentive in WKM Company.Meanwhile,it provides a reference for the same type of enterprises to set up staff incentive mechanism and improve the level of incentive work.
