Research On Scientific And Technological Achievements’ Transformation Under Research Cooperation Mode Of Liaoning Province

As the development of today’s world has entered into a technology innovation era, technological achievements and industrialization is not only an important way to promote economic development and to optimize the industrial structure, but also is an innovative nation-building way to improve the scientific and technological achievements and problems of industrialization by the attention of the world. The scientific and technological achievements’ transformation is an important element of measuring the national economic structure, evaluating the economic growth pattern and measuring the comprehensive competitiveness level.This paper elaborates the meaning of technological achievements, influencing factors, transforming process and the theoretical basis of mutual relations. Secondly, the paper expounds the present situation of the scientific and technological achievements’ transformation through the data analysis that is from the output of scientific, technological achievements, funds investment, scientific research personnel team and technology market turnover in 2010-2013 of Liaoning province. On this basis, adopt questionnaire survey of ten major factors under the influence of scientific and technological achievements into research cooperation mode research, using factor analysis of the data collected specific analysis, obtain current Liaoning Provincial Science and Technology from the data of the output SPSS achievements problems and the last combinative oneself is actual situation, separately from the fund, policy, law, science and technology intermediary service institutions. it includes four aspects of supply and demand of putting forward the measures to speed up the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in Liaoning province. It mainly includes: to strengthen the policy of financial support, to create a good legal system, to improve the science and technology intermediary service institutions, and to strengthen the enterprises information communication, etc.Research of this paper is helpful to promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in Liaoning province, to accelerate the upgrading of industrial structure, to be conducive to the rapid development of science in our country, to promote economic growth and to enhance the competitiveness of Liaoning Province.
