This article mainly studies on the exclusive agent marketing channel pattern in a small territory and channel management adopted by lanzhou chemical marketing company in the sales of LT products.At first ,through analysis of the characteristics of the product,the marketing envirement, the costomer group and the competitors,we dissertated the necessity of selecting this distinct pattern ,as well as its superiority. After that ,in order to put it into sound effect,The company also performed a series of marketing tactics accordingly,and also regulated the channel properly. During the application of the pattemjanzhou chemical marketing company never cling to formalities,but applied it smartly and kept improving it all along with the development of the market.When the market changed remarkably,the company steered it in time to territorial agent pattern,thus the sales of LT got a great successs.Furthermore ,the company also created a new territorial market regulation form,that is called the shifting-monitorship-system.The successful practice of lanzhou chemical in marketing channel pattern not only further developed its managerial principles,and also provided valuable experiences for other companies.
