By the end of 2017,China's insurance industry to achieve the original premium income of 3.6581 trillion yuan,of which about 54.9% of the premium income from insurance intermediary channels.Insurance intermediary for insurance companies to collect premiums,the need for insurance companies to pay a certain fee,more and more expensive expenses to make the operating costs of insurance companies rise,operating profits decline.In order to get rid of the situation of intermediary organizations dividing profits and monopolizing customer resources,more and more insurance companies began to transform and innovate the marketing model.In the2009,HT insurance company took the lead in opening up the insurance exclusive agent(EA)marketing model in China,and continued to this day.This paper mainly studies the EA marketing model of HT insurance company,analyzes the reasons why HT insurance company carries out EA marketing mode and the development status of EA marketing mode through the research of data analysis and social investigation and related literature,and summarizes the problems existing in the operation of EA marketing mode of HT insurance company.The reason analysis of the existing problems is carried out,and the corresponding improvement suggestions and measures are put forward in the light of the present situation of the domestic insurance market.It provides some reference and reference significance for HT insurance company to develop EA mode better.The article is made up of six parts.The first part is the introduction,mainly elaborated the thesis research background,the significance,the research content,the method and the basic concept has carried on the definition.The second part mainly analyzes the reasons why HT insurance company chooses the EA marketing mode,analyzes the main marketing mode of China's insurance market and the internal and external factors of HT insurance company's choice of EA marketing mode,and makes a review of the course of HT insurance company's exploration and development of EA marketing model.The third part summarizes the operation characteristics of HT insurance company's EA marketing model,and analyzes the results achieved by HTinsurance company in carrying out EA marketing model in the past 10 years.The fourth part,combined with the results of the previous social survey,analyzes the problems encountered and existing in the process of the expert advisor marketing model of HT insurance company,and summarizes the causes of these problems.The fifth part tries to put forward the corresponding solutions and measures for the problems and causes mentioned in the analysis.The sixth part mainly summarizes the research conclusion of this paper.Through the analysis,it is concluded that HT insurance company in China to carry out EA marketing model in line with the insurance market demand,but also can adapt to China's insurance market marketing environment,and EA marketing model compared with the current insurance market other marketing model has a certain competitive advantage.However,the EA marketing model in the actual operation also has the EA store salesperson business skill is insufficient,the operation pressure is big,the supervision and the law is not perfect and so on urgent question,needs the insurance company to strengthen the relevant personnel training,appropriately expands the EA store business scope,strives to seek the supervision department and the law support and so on.
