With the coming 2008, a big change has happened in the telecommunication market, divided channel has played the more and more important role in the market expansion and strategic plan of china mobile operators. The agent channel even become the key competitive point among the mobile operators.Based on the real instance in China Mobile Communication Corporation(CMCC) agent market, this paper analyzes the game between principal and agent, and then points out the necessity and feasibility to apply principal-agent model for reducing the loss of CMCC and inspiriting the agents, and gives a significative discussion that how does CMCC inspirit the agents. Finally, there is a incentive contract suit for China telecommunication market, even the studies how to assess the agents in both data service sale and sim-card sale, and how to assess the agents in a long time...
