In the age of Knowledge-based economy, competition of company is actually the competition of talent of human resource. As the price-signal of human capital, salary is important in directing the moving of HR. Salary, as a sign of value of human resource, has a great guiding effect on the flow of talent. In this thesis, the establishment, optimization and management of salary system of Shandong Jinhong chemical industry Group company have been analyzed comprehensively and systematically in order to formulate a set of complete and feasible salary developing strategy to meet the challenge of market competition.In this thesis, firstly, the related salary theory has been introduced. Secondly, the background of the field, the present state, and the staff constitution of Jinhong chemical industry Group Company has been investigated; the present state of the company has been analyzed; the existing problem of the salary system of the company has been pointed out. Thirdly, the inside and outside affecting factors of salary system of the company have been analyzed. Finally, the optimization direction and strategy of the salary system of the company have been proposed.Salary system is a double-edge sword. If it is used properly, talent staff can be attracted, kept, and inspired to achieve the goal formulated by the company, and at the same time to increase the satisfaction of the staff. In short, the salary system of a company affects the development of the company. The author wants to explore the salary system of Jinhong chemical industry Group Company relatively systematically and completely by this thesis.
