| In recent years,with the rapid development of Internet economy and e-commerce market in China,express delivery industry presents a good situation of rapid development.With the rapid development of national express industry,the competition of express industry in Changchun area is increasingly fierce.Couriers are carriers of the competitiveness of the express industry.Couriers not only take on the marketing implementation,service solution and cost recovery of the delivery business,but also take an important responsibility for the image construction of postal enterprises.Therefore,the optimization of the courier compensation system will have a crucial impact on the overall efficiency of the enterprise.At present,China Post Group Co.,Ltd.Changchun City Branch(hereinafter referred to as Changchun City Post Company)has increasingly prominent problems in the courier salary system.There is a disconnect between the salary level and the actual market,the distribution method is relatively simple,and the salary assessment system is not operable.Problems such as high and cumbersome salary calculation methods lead to low courier management consciousness,lack of initiative,and loss of personnel,leaving the development of the postal delivery business of Changchun Post Company into a bottleneck.Therefore,how Changchun Post Company constructs and optimizes its salary management system in line with its own development is an urgent issue that needs to be resolved.This paper selects the Changchun Post Company as a sample,and conducts research through literature research,survey research,and quantitative research methods,and draws out the courier salary system plan and implementation measures suitable for the current development needs of the postal delivery business of Changchun Post Company.This article is divided into four chapters.The first chapter is an introduction,explaining that the topic selection is based on background significance and research methods.In the current large environment and background,the operation direction and mode of Changchun Post Company conforms to the development trend.The second chapter mainly describes the general situation andcurrent situation of Changchun Post Company and its peers.The main problems existing at this stage are the status of the salary system and the analysis of the problems of Changchun Post Company’s salary system.The third chapter is the core content of this article.According to the current situation of Changchun Post Company,the theoretical basis of the optimization construction plan of the salary system and the optimization principles and ideas of the Changchun Post Company’s courier salary system are formulated.The fourth chapter is based on the previous analysis and comparison to make the implementation and guarantee of the Changchun City Post Company’s courier salary system optimization program,in order to improve the economic and social benefits of Changchun City Post Company,and for the sustainable development of Changchun City Post Lay a solid and reliable foundation. |
