The Designing Of The Material Purchase System For Lanzhoubranch Company Of CNPC

This article focus on the designing and construction of the material purchase and logistical management system for Lanzhou branch company of CNPC,researched the concept of system designing and principle of system foundation. By the demonstration of the designing concept and systematical design of purchase and material supply system , it fully analyzed the structure and operation ability for material buying and supplying, primarily evaluated this it's actual operation ability. The article analyzed the internal conditions and external situation for systematical construction of purchase and logistics,claimed and explained the procedure&policy and regulation for purchase management, matchable design between logistical system and MIS (Management of Information System), supplier management and material quality control,etc.Standing on the actual application effect, the article proved that the Material supply system played a key roll for improving the company business operation ability and efficiency. It is well demonstrated that the matchable combination of material supply system and MIS made an obvious actual effect. The reformation process of E-business for the material supply system is presented in detailed.
