Research On Improving The Green Management System Of Industrial Enterprise

With the rising of the green economy and the scientific development concept and the sustainable development strategies, more and more enterprises are marching to the orbit of the green management; therefore, the theory and method of the scientific green management is in great need. The green management, appearing in such a circumstance, is a theoretical system which pays more attention to the benefit of the ecological environment and guides the enterprises to change their management ways so as to further change their developing modes. In order to adapt to the development of the social economy and the need of the sustainable development, the industrial enterprises must improve their establishing and operation ability of the green management system to achieve the coordination of the environment benefits, economic benefits and social benefits.Basing on the study of the green management of industrial enterprises home and abroad and according to such new ideas as scientific and harmonic development in China in recent years, through further theoretical study, systematical contrast analysis , plenty of present situation research and reality analysis, the paper, proceeding from the theoretical basis of the green management, presents a systematic study of the establishing and operation ability of the green management system of the industrial enterprises. It puts forward the basic framework of the green management system, gives the content system and assessment system of the establishing and operation ability of the green management, analyzes the current situation and problems faced by the enterprises of Gansu Province in the process of improving the establishing and operation ability of the green management and offers strategies and advice.The paper consists of six parts. First part: Bringing forward the feasibility and necessity of the paper. Second part: the connotation, feature, main components and mutual relations of the green management and the green management system. Third part: Expounding the connotation of the establishing and operation ability of the green management system and the necessity and specialty of improving the establishing and operation ability of the industrial enterprises. Fourth part: the strategic study of enterprises' improving the establishing and operation ability of the green management system from five points, the improving principle and relationships need to be dealt with. Fifth part: Analyzing the current situation and problems of Gansu enterprises in the process of improving the establishing and operation ability of the green management system and putting forward the specific strategies and concerning advice.
