Study On Grain Logistics Enterprise Green Management Constrains

Grain is important commodity which is related to national economy and people’s livelihood, and grain logistics problem is also a research hotspot in domestic and overseas. The central government requires to establish a convenient, efficient, saving modern grain logistics system. Therefore, It is important to improve the grain logistics in the field of inappropriate behavior, find the green management constrains, reduce the impact on resources and environment of enterprise management conform to the requirements of "The grain modern logistics development planning".At present, the research on grain logistics enterprises’ environmental behavior is limited, and focuses on the qualitative research aspects such as the concept, the status quo, but the specific study of the grain logistics enterprises is scanty.The processes of grain logistics including packaging, transportation, storage, distribution, etc. will have an effect on resources and environment, and misconduct will inevitably produce resource waste and environmental pollution. The enterprise green operation is to put environment protection into the whole process of enterprise management, and to make the environment protection and enterprise development into enterprise business activities. For the grain logistics enterprises, green operation can help the enterprise reduce pollution of the environment, bring benefits of energy saving, improve efficiency, which can better meet customer demand, increase enterprise profit and seek for the long-term development of the enterprise.At first, this thesis puts forward the significance of green operation for grain logistics enterprise from both theory and reality perspectives based on analysis of the present situation of food logistics enterprises. It then defines the concepts of grain logistics, grain logistics enterprises, enterprise green operation through the literature review related to green operating constrains for grain logistics enterprises. Secondly, this thesis develops a conceptual model of green operation among grain logistics enterprises and defines green operation practices among grain logistics enterprises, and analyzes implementation of green operation practicesamong grain logistics enterprises based on the stakeholder theory and the system theory. According to literature review and case study, this thesis identifies barriers of green management among grain logistics enterprises. Finally, this paper integrates the grey numeral method and the DEMATEL method to analysis the constraints classification, describes the restriction factors influence each other between the relationship, and then come to a conclusion and put forward countermeasures and suggestions.
