Research On The System Of Green Evaluation Indicators For Industrial Anterprise

Industrial businesses have no choice but chose green development strategy if they want to improve their competitiveness, adapt to the external environment changes or access to sustainable development. The research of green industrial enterprise evaluation system with the purpose of making green mission, green responsibility visualize and reification, can specified operable green strategic goals for enterprises and at the same time provide green yardstick of enterprises’development for government and the public supervision. The main content of this paper is the process of founding a green industrial enterprise evaluation system which has very important theoretical significance and practical significance.This paper founds an evaluation system according to recruit the following steps:clear the definition of green industrial enterprise, create alternative indicators libraries, screening indicators and give the weights to different index.First, the paper gives out the definition of green industrial based on literature review and analysis. Then an alternative index database whose members come from existing information and documentations could be created. This libraries reflects the requirements in four aspects, they are economic development status, scientific and technological innovation capacity, the degree of organizational harmony and the degree of environment friendly.Screening indicators and giving the weights to different indicators are two key steps during the whole research process. This paper completes the two parts of the study by use the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, in which fuzzy mathematics used combined with traditional evaluation methods.In the segment of index selection, the author integrates quantitative and qualitative methods. The first step, the author obtained the rank of the importance of indicators in each latitude by means of fuzzy Delphi method which is a new qualitative methods appear in foreign literature in recent years. Subsequently, combine with the think of actual situation of enterprise evaluation activities, the author make the choice of indicators in the library of alternative indicators. Second step, quantitative analysis the index values of the industrial enterprises, verify the indicators chosen in the first step by correlation analysis which could be quickly setup by using software SPSS17.0. Ultimately, according to the varying degrees of the impact to environmental, the paper groups industrial enterprises into two categories. Thus, we can construct two kinds of framework of evaluation. With the guidance of classify-evaluation ideology, in the segment of giving weights, the author determin the indexes weight in two kinds of framework by means of AHP. Then, construct membership function based on statistical data. This way of building fuzzy membership function could make the hope of sub-sector or sub-regional enterprise evaluation become realize.Finally, the evaluation index system is applied to the green industry enterprises evaluation practices in Shanxi Province. After the practical application of index system and the analysis of evaluation results, the paper examines the operability of the evaluation system, but also sum up the inadequacies of the entire study and the outlook for further research.
