Study Of Human Resource Management Outsourcing Of Enterprise

As an emerging management mode, outsourcing was firstly used in practice recently, many researchers pay more attention to it, because it has brought huge positive values to many organizations. Because human resource management is necessary and important function, and also is one job with large management cost and high duplication, this paper gives a new mode of human resource management-human resource management outsourcing by combining inside and outside resource of the firm. The human resource management outsourcing can make the concentrated energy of business enterprise open the exhibition core business, controlling and lowering the cost effectively, carrying out the first-rate to operate and serve effectively, and it is of great realistic meaning and application value for raising economic results and competition of the firm.The local human resource management outsourcing was just placed in the start stage. So by the research of this paper, some new research methods of views are brought forward in the aspect of human resource management outsourcing, and the aim of it is able to provide some profitable reference and help for human resource management outsourcing.Firstly, this paper summarizes the related theories of the outsourcing and the human resource management outsourcing; Secondly, according to the present activities of home and abroad enterprise human resource management outsourcing, the paper gets suitable modes for Chinese enterprise' human resource management outsourcing. On the basis of this, this paper puts forware the decision model and contents selection model of human resource management outsourcing, builds an index system of outsourcing decision, and makes positive analysis of X company. Lastly, this paper gives some suggestion about the flow of carrying out and some tacties of human resource management outsourcing.
