Sichuan Machinery Manufacturing Erp Study

This paper took the actuality of ERP implement of mechanical manufacturing of Si Chuan province as research object, and analyzed and studied the questions of actualizing ERP process and performance evaluation in mechanical manufacturing of Si Chuan province. ERP is a kind of important means to make enterprise informational, but the successful rates of the application of ERP system are not high at present, and many methodologies mostly take a stand on software house and consultation companies. So,I put forward a series of process managing reference models and methods to actualize ERP software in mechanical manufacturing of Si Chuan province. The models and methods made enterprise as dominant. At one time, I analyzed and discussed the key factors of the success of ERP implement, risk management and the target of performance evaluation.The thesis made it as actuality that the successful rates of the application of ERP system is low, and analyzed that model enterprises actualized ERP to exist in successful reasons and presence questions in mechanical manufacturing of Si Chuan province. It accounted for the symbols of actualizing ERP successfully and combined academe with industry group's viewpoints to analyze the key successful factors of actualizing ERP; On the base of the methodology of actualizing ERP system in academe and industry group and the actualities of applying ERP in mechanical manufacturing of si chuan province, the paper set up managing reference model of actualizing ERP software's process and the model made enterprise as dominant. Combining with the practice experiences of author's in the enterprise ,the thesis demonstrates phases of the reference model's preceding plans, operation blueprint and selecting system model , moreover, brought forward risk management questions during the course of actualizing ERP system.This study of the thesis provided a sort of better resolving scheme for improving mechanical manufacturing of si chuan province to implement ERP successful rates. At the same time, it will make active function to improve the level of informational construct of mechanical manufacturing and other industries of si chuan province.
