The thesis use the investment promotion activities of the economic development zones of western backward regions as a visual angle, through marketing management as main theoretical foundation, research investment promotion of development zone as one project, through recur to advanced theory and method, find the deficiency at present and development trend in the future, call it "the project marketing of investment promotion in the development zone". Dalong economic development zone of Guizhou province is a model, it is located in the western backward regions, economy is underdeveloped and it's development is late, though these regions have abundant mineral resources and ecological environmental resources, due to lack of pack and propagate, just like " a person who is in the boudoir, nobody know him ", it is very suitable for studying and trying out this theory.The article divide five chapters to dissertate meaning, theory, background analysis, policy research, tactic guarantee, marketing management, analysis of stimulant effect, adopt the analytical method which combines theory with practice, PEST analytical method and SWOT analytical method, etc. promote the analysis and research on this subject. In the analysis background of marketing tactic of investment promotion of Dalong development zone, research follows aspects: overview, strategic objective, main environmental factor, microcosmic environment, goal investor, capital market competitor, advantages and deficiencies. Research project marketing tactic of investment promotion of Dalong development zone, include: competitive tactic, goal capital market tactics, project design and pack tactics, tactic which combine channel tactics and project promotion, etc. In the project management of investment promotion of Dalong development zone, put emphasis on, innovate organize system of investment promotion of Dalong development zone plan, control and audit etc; describe incentive measure, audit of marketing, government policy establishment of Dalong development zone. Through the analysis, research and contrast of a large number of facts of Dalong development zone, farther prove the scientific theories in marketing management, get some new conclusions.These conclusions will provide theoretical basic for project marketing of investment promotion of development zone.
