Investment promotion is the product of the rapid development of market economy and era, for the purpose of attracting the capital and technology it continues to adjust itself with the fast-developed market economy. This essay introduces the marketing theory, and analyzes the necessity of market investment promotion. In order to solve the problems of Shenyang Economic&Technological Development Zone’s investment promotion, it put forward some countermeasures and suggestions from the angle of marketing techniques angle as well.The essay is developed based on the main thoughts of "study the present situation-put forward problems-analyze the reasons-study the application-provide the countermeasures".The essay firstly introduces the development process of the development zone, leads the conception and studying significance of investment promotion and reviews the theories of investment promotion and marketing techniques home and abroad. At first the essay makes a simple introduction of the developing course of Shenyang Economic&Technological Development Zone’s investment promotion, combines the current situation and manages to put forward the existing problems, finds out the restricting points which restrict on its further development. The thought of solving the sticking point is by guiding the investment promotion with marketing, based on the1T (target),4P (product, price, promotion and place) strategy in detail, we arise the marketing tactic to the development zone.It was concluded that investment promotion of development zone, investors should be put in the first place, and systematic methods should be applied. The development zone needs to coordinate all participants, adjust strategies of investment promotion, and direct investment promotion by using marketing theory, so that to develop economy and stimulate investment.
