With WalMart and Gome's supply chain management as the study object, and application of comparison method, case analysis method and systems analysis method, together with the theory related with the supply chain, this paper presents a study on analysis of supply chain management between WalMart and Gome.firstly, the supply chain management of Walmart is analyzed, dealing mainly with the introduction to the company, the situation of its supply chain, and where its success of supply lies. Thirdly, a comparative study is made between Walmart and Gome in terms of purchase attitude, relationships with enterprises, their development, their actual strength and information management, pointing out that there exists a great gap in supply chain between WalMart and Gome, with the suggestion that Gome should learn from WalMart in supply chain management, mainly application of globally advanced information technology, rapid and efficient customer response, establishing a strategic and cooperative partnership with suppliers for a win-win relationship, leading the satellite communications system , and unparalleled logistics distribution centers. Finally, gives some advices are made, hoping Gome to perfect its customer feedback systems, and improve the customers' satisfaction; improve logistics; the cooperative partnership with its suppliers; strengthen its information construction in its later development.The conclusion of this paper is that with the coming of globalization of economy and knowledge economy, great importance is attached to supply chain management, the key success of WalMart in its supply chain lies in its complete advanced and highly supply chain system, The secret of WalMart' success in supply chain management presents great instructions and experience for Gome, and Gome should learn from Walmart and, in the process of operation, perfect itself and explore a practical way for its development.
