Since twenty-first Century,the global economic situation has changed a lot.The market is becoming more and more diversified,and the customer's demand is also more complicated and personalized.In the face of these changes,the third party logistics enterprises have to focus more resources to develop their own core business,and outsource many logistics to the suppliers with a certain logistics operation ability.Based on this situation,the logistics service supply chain thought arises at the historic moment.Logistics service supply chain is a new service mode of supply chain composed of a functional logistics service suppliers and logistics service integrator and logistics service demanders.The logistics service integrator is regarded as its core.Logistics service supply chain plays the maximum benefit and value through the integration of logistics resources.With the development of logistics service supply chain management,logistics service demand is becoming more and more personalized and diversified.In this new mode of supply chain,the management of functional suppliers has become the key link in the whole supply chain.Because of no effective management of suppliers,many logistics service integrators result in the enterprise itself suffered unnecessary losses in the implementation of the logistics outsourcing.More and more enterprises begin to pay attention to the management of the suppliers.According to the logistics service integrator AD company as an example,this dissertation describes the management status of AD company transportation suppliers,and the existing problems are analyzed.This paper improves the current transportation supplier management from the selection of suppliers and supplier performance evaluation.The improved transport supplier management has a more complete transport supplier selection process,and uses the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method based on analytic hierarchy process to evaluate the transportation suppliers in order to select more excellent transport suppliers to become qualified suppliers who are able to participate in the bidding project of AD company.On the other hand,the performance evaluation system of transport suppliers is more reasonable and comprehensive,and TOPSIS method based on combined weight is used to evaluate the performance of transport suppliers.The evaluation index is more accurate and comprehensive,and the selected indicators are combined with the actual operation of the logistics business of AD company.In the face of determining the weight distribution of each index,the analytic hierarchy process and the entropy weight coefficient method are used to determine the subjective weight and objective weight of each index.In order to give consideration to the unity of subjectivity and objectivity,the final weight of each index is determined by the combination weights.Besides,incentive mechanism and hierarchical management system have beenestablished in the late management and maintenance of the results of the performance evaluation of transport suppliers.Different levels of the suppliers obtain the corresponding incentive measures.The improved transportation supplier management is a good solution to the AD company's current transport supplier management problems.The research of this dissertation has a certain reference value and reference value for the supplier management of 3PL enterprise.
