Research On The Internal Structural Evolution And Influence Factor Of Tertiary Industry In Anhui Province

In today’ world,the tertiary industry has already become the widest industry,its development is a key problem which our economy face,its development has plays an important in promoting the national economy growth,promoting employment,improving industrial structure,raising the living standards of people and etc,the tertiary industry is playing a more and more important roll in the national economy.The proportion of the tertiary industry in GDP is an important symbol which measure the modernization level of a country.With the development of the national economy,the tertiary industry of Anhui province has made rapid development,demonstrating the good growth ability.But there is no denying that the tertiary industry’s development level of Anhui province is low in total,proportion is low,the rate of contribution to economy is low,within the industry unbalanced development,the tertiary industry effect in improving industrial structure and raising the employment is not obvious.So for better understand the current situation and evolution rule of the tertiary industry in Anhui province, we must further research the changes in internal structure of the tertiary industry,this brings the issue that the article should discuss:what the general rule that the internal structure changes of the tertiary industry in Anhui province?what the specific factors influence the internal structure changes of the tertiary industry? In all, this paper can be divided into four parts:The first part includes chapters1and2.This part mainly introduces the research background,significance,ideas,contents,methods and framework.In addition,reviews the literatures of the domestic and foreign and internal structure of the tertiary industry in Anhui province.The second part includes chapters3and5.This part first introduces the overall development level situation of the tertiary industry in Anhui province from development scale,development efficiency,productivity and increase capacity,the datas show its good development situation;Second,discuss the internal output structure,labor structure, investment structure and compare with East China provinces and cites,the analysis thinks the tertiary industry of Anhui province has the obvious disparity compare with the East China provinces and cites,especially in modern service industry;Third,points out the existing problems of Anhui tertiary industry compare with the East China and reasons are analyzed,the problems such as overall development low level of the tertiary industry,the internal structure upgrades slow,lag of the internal structure development,the rate of contribution to economy is low,productivity is low and etc,the reasons such as the level of urbanization is low,the rate of consumption is low,the degree of marketization is low and etc.Last,determine the key development industry that the tertiary industry should develop in future.The third part is the5chapter.This part mainly analysis the influence factors of the tertiary industry changes in Anhui province,according the existing research theories we classify the factors as following:income level,urbanization level,industrialization level,the supply of captial,the supply of labor,the role of government and etc.And choose the15years datas from1995to2009to do an empirical study of the tertiary industry internal structure changes influencing factors in Anhui province.The fourth part is the6chapter.This part mainly summarizes the main content of the research,gains the main research conclusion and gives the corresponding policy recommendations.
