Since china adopted the polity of reform and openness, social security cause in china has been developing so rapidly for 30 years and made great achievements. Beginning form endowment insurance, social security reform in china is gradually aimed at medical insurance, the low life security system and other social security fields. What' s more, it has gong into money-raising, money-managing. However due to market economy, resources including various social security resources go to the higher social status , the cities and the rich and result in great gap between city and country. Further more, the gap has been widening and already influenced social stability.
