The Research On Regional Landscape Ecological Evaluation For Sustainable Land Use

Land is the basic natural resource for human being survival. Land use is direct conversation between man and land represented the biggest conflict of interesting between people and environment. So sustainable land use become an important component of global sustainable development strategy. Evaluation for sustainable land use is an usual method to define the level of sustainable land use. Evaluation for sustainable land use is an important part of land use complex system, and it has decisive effect on sustainable development strategy and sustainable land use. The goal of Evaluation for sustainable land use is to formulate the science reasonable land utilization plan, adjust the land utilization structure, provide the feedback information of effective disposition land resource by qualitative or quantitative appraisal to the regional land using level.In all research ways and means of modern ecology, landscape ecology is a newly construct intercross discipline to study interaction between spatial pattern and ecological processes, it is a new offset of macro ecological researches. Landscape ecology regard climate,physiognomy,rock and soil,vegetation and hydrology as 6 elements making up of landscape, and taking this inter landscape making up of these 6 factors as research object, to find various natural factors and human activities influence on the formation, distribution and change of landscape patterns by the analyzing the distribution and formation and change. The analysis of landscape patterns is a very important method in landscape ecology. The spatial non-uniformity and the ecology integrity are the core of landscape ecology theory. As the syntheses of earth surface, land is typical system which has prominent character of spatial non-uniformity. While spatial non-uniformity is a effective way of realization sustainable land use exploiture. So the content of sustainable land use research relate to the core of landscape ecology theory. Therefore, the traditional sustainable land use evaluation evaluate the land using sustainability from society,economy and ecology aspects have been thought as a evaluation way of in the time criterion in the certain degree, but were empty of evaluation ways in the space criterion. Based on the theory of landscape ecology, analysis the structure of landscape as mean, we accomplished the attempt of regional land sustainable utilization evaluation. Taking Jiangjin couty of Chongqing city as a sample, we construct landscape ecological indicators for evaluating sustainable land use from the aspects of landscape productivity,landscape threatening,landscape stability. The method of mean covariance was adopted to measure the weight of indicators . The result as follows: According to the degree of sustainable land utilization, we divide Jiangjin as north low hill area,middle hill central section and south mountainous area., According to the analysis on landscape pattern characters(such as landscape unite indicators,landscape space tessera indicators etc.),natural geography conditions and the research on the relationship between man and land, we give the suggestions from the aspects of solar irradiation resource utilization,soil resource utilization, economy development strategy and entironment construction.
