| In recent years, the process of China’s urbanization has been accelerating with the rapid economic development. Urbanized society gradually becomes the main body of China’s social structure. As the main carrier of the regional society, economy and culture, the development of the city played an important role in improving people’s living standards and promoting national economic growth and social civilization. The structure of regional natural landscape, social economy, science and technology culture were updated and restructured gradually with the rapid development of the city, while resulting a large number of problems. The sustainable development of city has become an important strategy and method to solve the problem of urban development. Therefore, the scientific urban sustainable development program containing a deep analysis of the urban sustainable development capacity, exploration of sustainable urban development that suits for China’s national conditions and China’s unique background of history, system and social structure, has become an urgent research topic.Land is the carrier of the city, which determines the sustainable urban development. Variations of land usage directly affects urban landscape pattern. It is of great significance to describe the urban ecological space state with the attribute of landscape patch and reveal the potential and direction of city sustainable development with the gather and flow of landscape elements.This paper regards the key test area of national sustainable development, the Shaoxing City as the object. On the basis of the theory of urban sustainable development and angle of ecology, it integrates the land use structure and landscape spatial pattern as an organic. In addition, it views the change of urban land use as the main and breakthrough point to establish the relationship between the sustainable development of city and three aspects including landscape structure and the degree of heterogeneity, the ability to landscape ecological connect and control, land security and land intensive level. And then, a evaluation system of urban sustainable development capacity was formed. Therefrom, it made a suitable strategy for Shaoxing on the basis of evaluation.The results showed that comprehensive evaluation index of sustainable development ability of Shaoxing City in 2009,2013 and 2015 were 0.72^ 0.69,0.69, respectively. According to the level of urban sustainable development standards, Shaoxing City was in a period of strong sustainable development. The complex system between social, economic and ENVIronmental was basically maintained with harmonious development. While, the index showed a downward trend. The qualitative analysis showed that the fragmentation of natural patches, the reduction of the ecological land area and weakening of ecological function caused by urban expansion are the main factors to restrict the sustainable development of Shaoxing City. In the end, the paper put forward some corresponding suggestions for each factors.The novelties of this paper are the methods of induction and comparison used on the basis of the remote sensing images and the ability of sustainable urban development studied from the view of landscape ecology. |
