The Countermeasures Research Of The Continuable Rural Development Of Sichuan According To The Construction Work The Of New Socialistic Sichuan Rural Land.

Since the reform and opening up, our rural socio-economy development has made the great achievements. Especially in resent years, the Party and the States Department lead the scientific development philosophy and take several important rural benefit policies according to the demand of city and rural development plan as a whole. The different areas and departments paid a great attention on the "three rural" projects and made active changes of the rural work. However, at present the profound contradiction constraining the rural development hasn't been eliminated and the situation that rural socio-economic development lags behind hasn't been changed fundamentally. The "three rural "problem is still the most important problem that we have to solve and all these facts influence the sustainable development of the countryside.Located at the west of China, Sichuan is a big agricultural province with a large population. The proportion that the agricultural population accounts for the total population is higher than the average national level by 10%. The socio-economicdevelopment is at rough stage and the sustainable development is faced with a series of problems. Such as the problems like the continuable usage of rural land problem, the growth of peasants' earnings problem, the social undertakings problem, the living environment problem, the building of democracy and legal system problem, the finance in the countryside problem and so on. If we really want to put forwards the change of Sichuan from a lag agriculture province to a strong agriculture province and change the laggard situation of the rural land, we had to both follow the macroscopic policy of the Party and create our own new way according to the reality.This article analyzes and sums up those problems and the reasons why these questions form, and puts forward countermeasures of advancing Sichuan's rural sustainable development pointedly in terms of the construction of new socialist countryside which would provide useful experience and references for governments and decision-making braches at all levels of Sichuan province.
