The problems that Shaanxi Province private ownership enterprises have are to have universality within the whole nation range, as well as peculiarity.The problems of the Shaanxi private business's sustained development were analyzed from politics, law system, economy, culture and itself internal barriers while some successful examples of other provinces were quoted. Some possible ways about Shaanxi private business sustained development were provided.
