With the fast growth of our country's economy, foreign international companies are locating in our market. As a result, the external surroundings of our enterprises are more and more complicated, uncertainty factors occurs increasingly and market competitiveness trends to be furious. Under such a background, a stable and outstanding team is not only an important indicator for evaluating enterprise's value, but also the origin point of continual improvement and competitive strength. The importance has been reached a mutual agreement among managers. But today is different, different enterprise type and allocation, the problem from all kinds reforms and new employment become huge psychological block, which makes subjective needs more complicated and multiple. All indicate one fact—employee's loyalty has declining, how to make the employee stay is a key question to today's managers.Organization commitment has been put forward by western scholar in 1960. As an important topic in organization behavior study, it reflects employee's psychological attitudes to a specific organization. It has been popular because of the function on estimating personal negative behavior, like work absence and quit etc.This thesis puts forward the specific evaluation steps on employee's organization commitment, regarding commitment level and commitment influent factors as the cutting-point of appraisal and analysis. In order to enhance the application in the management, the author makes empirical analysis on 120 employees of ZZ Corporation Company, which based on Chinese employees organization commitment survey researched by our country's scholar Lin Wen-quan's and interviews with employees in ZZ Corporation Company. All the data are analyzed by statistics software - SPSS. The conclusion shows organization commitment level of ZZ Corporation Company is in middle class, the scores of "normative commitment" is the highest while "economic commitment" is the lowest. The scores of "emotion commitment" and "ideal commitment" surpass average scores a little, showing the enterprise has done some meaningful work, but the space of improvement is large.Due to the reality of ZZ Corporation Company, we suggest putting "ideal commitment" as the important target in the future. Meanwhile the analysis of commitment influent factors tells us more about future improvement. Organization assistance, work satisfaction and work stress have relations with organization commitment after relative analysis. Organization assistance have highest relation with "ideal commitment" among 5 factors, which shows the tremendous incentive, but the scores of ZZ Corporation Company is not so good that a lot efforts need putting for improvement. In the survey of work satisfaction, employees unsatisfied to compensation and promotion in the enterprise. Moreover, the survey of work stress shows career pressure has highest negative relation with ideal commitment. Managers should pay more attention to the above-mentioned. In the end, the author makes some suggestion on how to lift organization commitment in this enterprise. |
