The Research And Application On Organization Evaluation Of The Customized-production Enterprise

In order to seeking better development, the Customized-Production Enterprisehave carried organization change. But, the weak ability of self-evaluation makes theenterprise fail to systematic analysis or assessment the organization, and reduces thesuccess rate. So, the enterprise needs systematic analysis its organization structure,operation condition and the matching of the internal and external environments.Sequentially, the scheme is pertinent. Based on the related theory of the organizationand organization evaluation, this paper further researches the organization evaluation ofthe Customized-Production Enterprise.The main research contents are as follows:Firstly, this paper reviews literatures of the organization and organizationevaluation from home and aboard, determines the research direction. Research therelated theory of organization, and detailed illustrate the dimension, type and method ofthe organization evaluation.Secondly, this paper researches the characteristics and requirements of theCustomized-Production Enterprise, analyzes the problem and the reason of theorganization evaluation about this kind of enterprise. Research the three dimensions oforganization evaluation including organization structure, organization operation andorganization matching its situations, and detailed illustrate the evaluation points of thevarious dimensions. Establish the "three-dimensional" index system of theCustomized-Production Enterprise.Thirdly, this paper researches the principle and advantages of the TRFN(Triangular Fuzzy Number) and multi-layer fuzzy synthetic assessment method. Thecombining application of the two methods, this paper establishes the organizationevaluation model. Research and put forward the steps of evaluation implementation andimplementation guarantee.Finally, this paper applies the research results into enterprise A, constructsorganization evaluation index system of enterprise A, verifies the rationality andfeasibility of the evaluation index system and evaluation model.
