China Tietong Hunan Branch Staff Training System Optimization And The Design

Staff training in the enterprises, as an important component of human resources management has been more and more concerned and regarded by the leadership of the enterprises. Many enterprises regard it as the future business strategy of sustainable development toward individual and enterprise itself, and take it as acquiring important means of comparative advantage by enterprises at fierce market. However, there are various deficiency and flaw exiting in specific enterprise practical training for some reason so that it will influence the efficiency of training, as well as cause the oppugning for validity of training. It's also a bewilderment that the many enterprises should confront.This paper carries through systematic research with SWOT analyzing method to the issue of employees in company base on field survey and research of the validity of staff training system in China Tietong Hunan branch, and on the basis of relevant theory of training. Meanwhile, it optimizes and integrates the existing training system of the China TieTong Hunan Branch, and sets down the detailed optimization methods, and puts forward "six modules" overall optimization scheme, including training and curriculum modules, training management system modules, training modules, training project implementation module, module teacher training resources, the effectiveness of training tracking module. At length, on the optimized implementation of the training system, it sets up four ensuring measures with strong orientation, practicality and workability, consisting of sound training management weaknesses, holding vocational skills contest, constituting staff's professional career development planning and creating learning organization.The some parts of conclusions which the paper draws, has definite reference value to nationwide thirty branches which are supervised by Tietong group.
