Abstract/Summary:
For modern enterprises,talent is a very important factor in the process of development,and more important for knowledge-intensive enterprises.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the training plan for talents,so as to ensure the sustainable development of enterprises.For the current process of economic development in China,the industry of engineering planning and survey is relatively slow in the process of development,and the market development is relatively rapid.The overall development is relatively comparative to the market,capital and internationalization,and tends to green development in the process of development.For many construction departments of the country,A Design Institute is in the process of transformation,and relatively few professional talents,in the process of talent construction,do not think business is relatively underdeveloped.In many ways,for A Design Institute,the construction of human resources is very important.At present,several main problems existed in the training of professional and technical staff in A Design Institute are as follows: the lack of rationality in the setting of training institutions;lack of scientificalness of training plans;lack of pertinence,attractiveness and graduality in training contents and methods;lack of training teachers;lack of excitation and the unreasonable training evaluation mechanism.The main reasons for these problems are as follows: insufficient awareness of the importance of training;the incorrect concept of training;lack of effective training incentive mechanism;inflexible training mode;imperfect supporting system and the lack of good training and learning atmosphere.The Optimization measures put forward according to the problems and reasons are as follows: objectives of the training system;training organizational system;training needs;training plans;training curriculum system;construction of teachers and evaluation mechanism of training effect.Finally,the safeguard measures to ensure the realization of the training optimization scheme are as follows: the guarantee of organizational culture;the guarantee of organizational personnel;the guarantee of funds;the guarantee of supporting systems and so on.
