The human resources is the most important resources in enterprises , which is the magic weapon the enterprises depends on to survive in the fierce market competition, it was always mentioned until as the enterprise strategy plan which is belong to high level and causes the stratification of enterprise to regard highly.The relation between the owner of private enterprise and his staff's is one kind of hire the relations, is different to the state-owned enterprise, and the high centralization of power is a very universal phenomenon among the former. Because the congenital reason of the starting a private enterprise, they can not provide an open flat to the staff to participate actively and to create economic values efficiently. Just because of this, the privately operated enterprise cannot satisfy the feeling of ascription of staffs and can not fulfill the demands of their self- existence values. Inevitably, conflicts between the staff and the superintendents happened in a way.This research is precisely based on above reality. As to the problem of employee management the in the privately operated enterprises which exists universally, I make the thorough analysis, excavates each kind of reason which it produces, to my point of view , the core problem of private enterprise is the conflict between the old management system and the new style of human resource management .Because this conflict, there exist three main conflicts of hire relation in private enterprise: conflicts of performance assessing, the salary management and staff occupation career programming management, around the above conflicts, writer gave a profound analysis to their representation, discovered the reason, and then summarized their influences to the management of private enterprise, at last, proposed some amending and improving suggestions and plans, following are the main contents in details, this article is divided into three parts:1. The first part, through analysis to the characteristics of the hire relation and the main conflicts in private enterprise, summing up the view of employing , level of management, coherence of employees and constructing of enterprise culture in private enterprise ,and based the above, analyzed and concluded the core problems under hire relation in private enterprise .2. The second part, focused on the core problems which are caused by the main conflicts under hire relation in privately operated enterprise, gave the systemic anatomy of its main representation, cause and influence.3. The third part, carried on the former analysis to the main conflicts of performance assessing, salary management and staff occupation career programming management, expatiated the countermeasures of improving and solving the main conflicts of core problem under hire relation, aiming it, proposed some plans to amend and solve it.At last, summed up and pointed out the insufficiency of the whole article. To the managers of privately operated enterprise, I think, they should seek the guidance of the management knowledge, while at the same time, they have to quest after the successful way of their own enterprises during the management practice.
