At present, many countries have increasingly fierce competition for talent, its core is the most suitable for talent, train the excellent talents, retain the best talent and make good use of the best talent. Especially selection, training, keep and use these three aspects are designed with an enterprise of salary incentive mechanism closely related. According to this problem, with specific cases of the enterprise's salary system for a more in-depth research and discussion.This paper first reviews the compensation related theory, introduces compensation study present situation, discussed the compensation system design principles and procedures; And through the questionnaire, interview survey, material analysis, and other means, ZJS compensation system for the present situation and the existing problems are analyzed, and the last in under the guidance of modern salary theory, using quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis, comparative analysis methods for the ZJS company current pay system targeted research, trying to design a set of both science and operational compensation scheme.The mainly innovation points: first, from the Angle of whole pay, abandon the past single one-sided view of three-dimensional stereoscopic distribution, thoughts, ideas and the construction of enterprise's salary system and compensation system for revealing some deep problems in provide theoretical guidance. Second, the paper probes into the particularity of logistics enterprise and the complexity of the compensation system, emphasize the construction of salary system should have pertinence, layered sex, diversity; Finally, this paper logistics industry enterprise salary system of the major problems existing in, put forward the corresponding measures and evaluation index system, and combined with the specific case ZJS company makes an empirical research, thus for logistics industry within the enterprise's salary system research provides theory basis.Overall, this paper designed the whole of performance management ideas and solutions in high-speed development stage for medium privately operated enterprise has the universal applicability. The whole performance of the overall thinking effective framework of the strategic target of enterprise with practice, which for now in high speed development stages of private enterprise faced by the enterprise execution slacken, ignore the effective solve problems such as provides guiding ideology and use tools.
