From the reform and opening up to the present, the privately operated economy develops rapidly, and the status of privately operated economy is clear about unceasingly, not only sharp increase in quantity, but also immensity contribution to national economy. It causes big changes in Chinese economy and society in the past more than twenty years. Undeniable, it also brings the byproduct, the problems of labor relation in privately operated economy. And the negative influences are more and more obvious. Frequently, the benefits of labor are ignored by the employers. The labors, especially the farmer-labors work overtime usually, can't gain salary on time, have bad work condition, don't have insurance, and have no pension, and so on. All of them arouse the massive labor disputes.This article is formed in realizes many questions which exists in our country privately operated economical labor relations and realizes these questions will bring disadvantageous influences to harmonious society. This article study the problems about privately operated economical labor relation tripartite coordination mechanism, and discus the countermeasures. This article mainly divides into five major parts:The introduction introduced the research background of this article simply, the main content, and the research goal. In addition, it clears about the concept of "the labor relation".The first part analyses corresponding mechanism model of labor relation synthetically. Firstly, it analyses four representative modes of labor relation which have different characteristics, and list the representative country which use this mode. Secondly, it analyses the develop process of corresponding model of labor relation, from simply studied to the multiplication and the complex research, and from the seal system to the attention environment function open system research. This model presented the process which optimized unceasingly. At last, it analyses the revelation from the different mode and the gradual optimized model.The second part analyses the actuality, characteristic and problems of the labor relation in privately operated economy. The third part expounds the develop process of the labor t relation tripartite coordination mechanism in labor relation and the actuality of Chinese mechanism of them: Firstly, it introduced the development of tripartite coordinated mechanism overseas, obtained the tripartite coordinated mechanism implementation to become the world tendency the conclusion; Secondly, It introduced the development of tripartite coordinated mechanism in our country.The forth part analyses the problems on privately operated economical labor relation tripartite mechanism in details, such as illegibility of function and status, warp of aim and behavior, and problems in circulating mechanism.The fifth part elaborated countermeasures, emphasizes the government function and optimizes the law system. It seeks the countermeasure from following several aspects mainly.In conclusion, the author explains the insufficiency of this text.
