In the past few years, because of the advance of information technology, especially network technology and multi-media technology, a new business enterprise mode, is developed quickly all over the world. Being one of the basic forms of virtual corporation, outsourcing became the first choice of the modern business enterprise, because its advantages in building core competencies, improving the ability of feedback and reducing the risk. As a kind of new form, human resource outsourcing rise increasingly these years within the scope of world, more and more enterprises try to improve its efficiency in HR management, thereby to improve its core competencies.Taking Xiamen YQ Group as the example, its application problems in HR resource outsourcing is researched. At first, the basic theories and methods of outsourcing and HR outsourcing are introduced, basing on the related domestic and international research foundation, the reasons, the advantages, the risk and its enforceable term of HR outsourcing are summed up, and it will be used later. Then the present condition and its problems of Xiamen YQ group in HR management are analyzed, the necessity of its HR outsourcing is brought up. And then, by using the SWOT method, the strategetic environment of HR management of the group is researched, by constructing the Alan Speaker model, the project for HR outsourcing of Xiamen YQ Group is studied out. At last, the corresponding enforceable steps of the HR outsourcing project of the group are brought forward, and the risk and performance evaluation methods are researched. |
