The Study On The Training Strategy Of Female S&T Personnel Of Our Country

Scientific intellectuals are the concentrated representatives of theadvanced productive forces and also important forces in the socialprogress.Nowdays,scientific and technological progress innovation is adecisive factor in the socio-economic development and the core of thenational competition of the science and technology.However,the scientificand technological intellectuals had become the most important strategicresources and were rendered to be a powerful improvement of the nationaleconomy development. Female S&T personnel resources is an importantcomponent of the scientific and technological intellectuals in our country, asa new force, its development and promotion still big, therefore, the trainingstrategy of female S&T personnel is the important issues which relate ofscientific and technological competitiveness of our country .This paper is forthe preliminary analysis and discussion on the training strategy of femaleS&T personnel of our country,the article is divided into five parts: Exceptfor the part I of introduction, the part II have passed on the rise and development of women higher education for to reflect indirectly the training of female S&T personnel of our country, also outlined the current situation; the part III focuses on the analysis deficiencies of the process of the training of female S&T personnel,and to explore the factors affecting their training where there is a shortage;part IV prospects women to face the opportunities and challenges in the field of science and technology in the 21st Century, learn measures, policies, guidelines from the European Union, the United States and South Korea, and other countries and regions which to strengthen the training of female S&T personnel of theirself,briefly aggregate the training strategy of female S&T personnel of our country in the 21st Century light of the actual situation;part V is the conclusion.
