Experience economy, as the fourth phrase of economy development after the agriculture economy, the industry economy as well as the service economy, it takes experiencing as an economic form of economy provider, which brings a great backwash in the world. On the principle of Experience Economy, the paper attempts to relate the further development of tourism product planning with it, and creates an innovative line of tourism product to broaden and deepen the current planning methods of tourism product.All through research experience and experience the economic development of these essential characteristics of the tourism product, the paper summed up their mutual relations and presented the concept of experience-based tourism products. It is the philosophy and methods of using experience, experience-based to design products. This paper expounded development features and contents of experience tourism product.The paper choose the Wuhou temple as research object and define it as the Sanguo culture museum, discussing the exploitation of the experience tourism product. The article analysis the museum tourism resource, the tourism development and the market research, put forward the factor for the museum tourism product, and also the experience subject design. The paper chooses the Wuhou temple, one of the famous history and cultural museum in China, as research object and discusses the construct factors on the tourist experience of the museum tourism product from the point of tourist. The paper defined the Wuhou temple as the Sanguo culture museum.
