The Study On Coordinative Development Between Economy And Ecological Environment Of ShanDong Province

In essence, the three basic intensions of the theory of sustainable development: development, coordination, and sustainability are insisted in the people first and overall, coordinate, sustainable scientific development view. The presence of scientific development view is the concrete practice of Chinese sustainable development strategy, is also a guiding ideology of economy and ecological environment coordinated development. This paper selects Shandong Province for studying region, profits from home and abroad already having research result, with the guidance of the theory of scientific development view, have made an overall evaluation on economy and ecological environment coordinated develpoment situation for Shandong province.This papert first summarisesthe background, meaning, domestic and foreign research status quo of the research,and points out the basic theories for carrying out evaluation on economy and ecological environment coordinated develpoment ,includes the theory of region sustainable development, the theory of region economics, the theory of environmental economics, the theory of ecological economics,and the theory of economy and ecological environment coordinated develpoment. On this basis, this paper analyses the dialectical relationship of economy and ecological environment , mainly including two aspects: one is theorical analysis of economy and ecological environment dialectical relationship;two is drawing practical experience of economy and ecological environment coordinated develpoment of the developed country and China, and analyzing characteristic of economy and ecological environment development in different stages.Secondly, takeing evaluation on economy and ecological environment coordinated develpoment of Shandong province as target, with the guidance of the theory of scientific development view, The paper in view of the Shandong economy and ecological environment development condition, has established valuational index system of economy and ecological environment coordinated development, and has carried out the synthesis valuation on Shandong economical and ecological environment coordinated development condition for 15 years. The main conclusion is the trend of evaluation on Shandong′s economy and ecological environment coordinated develpoment wholly uping from 1995 to 2005. Using the same method , makes the variance analysis on coordinated development of 17 cities in Shandong Province, and the main conclusion is the condition of economy and ecological environment coordinated develpoment of 17 cities in Shandong Province having bigger difference,the performence is the eastern area is generally higher than the western area , the coastal area is higher than the interior area, and the region difference inceasingly expands.Then, through researching the coordinated development tendency index, the paper obtains the trend of Shandong′s economy and ecological environment coordinated develpoment increasingly uping. In view of economy and ecological environment development condition in Shandong, combining with results , this chapter brings forward couterrmeasures to promote economy and ecological environment coordinated development of Shandong Province.Finally, some rcognitions are summarized, which are the conclusion and knowledge of the research.The innovation of this paper: one is from the system angle ,reserching the dialectical relationship of economy and ecological environment ;two is establishing valuational index system of economy and ecological environment coordinated development for Shandong Province. Its research significance: promoting theorical and practical basis for economy and ecological environment coordinated develpoment under the sustainable development view; discussing mechanism and institution factors of economy and ecological environment uncoordinated develpoment under the scientific development view; promoting basis for adjusting mechanism of Shandong′s economy and ecological environment development; and providing service for realizing the socialism Shandong of "big but strong, rich but beautiful ".
