In the era of knowledge-driven economy, "people" is the carrier of the knowledge, information and intelligent and the most important production factor of enterprises. "People" is the key of establishing an unassailable position in the severe competitive environment day by day. The effective way to meet the demands of staff, retain staff, keep the core competitiveness and build the community between the staff and the enterprise is the effective salary mode, which is one of the important issues of human resource management. To the auto part industry of our country, implementing the scientific salary mode should be regarded as a breakthrough point to promote the development of enterprise and even the whole industry.At present, the salary management modes of auto part enterprises in our country can't meet the need of the development. The dissertation applies the theory to the realistic practice through the analysis of the salary theory and integration of the conditions of the human resource management and the salary system of the auto part industry in China. According to the condition of the salary management of auto part industry in China, the dissertation puts forward the adaptable salary mode based on the position-salary system, the new mode is the innovation to the position-salary system, can meet different position, different performance level and different working condition and demand of the environment.Chapter 1 sums up the background, meaning, research condition of domestic and international authors and main content of the dissertation. Chapter 2 is the literature review of the salary theory and motivation theory. Chapter 3 analyses the state of development, the salary management condition and the existing problem of the auto part enterprises of our country. Chapter 4 summarizes the basic principle of the enterprise's salary mode innovation, and discusses the concept, characteristic and computing technology of the adaptable salary mode based on the position-salary system. Chapter 5 is the case study to Hengyang Fengshun Car Bridge Co., Ltd. Chapter 6 is the last one and provides research conclusion, innovation piece and study prospect.
