With the rapid development of China's economy,the functions of human resources management have risen from the traditional personnel administration to strategic human resources management.Human resources management is an important means for the continuous growth of the national economy.Enterprises want to enlarge,long-term,strong,and human resource management enterprises in the fierce competition necessary means to improve their own development and enhance their market competitiveness.Therefore,the study of human resource management performance evaluation has also become a hot issue.However,due to some special reasons of state-owned enterprises,human resources management of state-owned enterprises generally lags behind the current situation of personnel thinking is not strong,so this article analyzes and discusses the performance evaluation of human resources management in Tianjin Post.First of all,the author reviews the current research status at home and abroad,introduces the definition of relevant concepts and theoretical knowledge of human resources on the basis of previous studies,summarizes the important strategic position of human resource management in the reform of state-owned enterprises,analyzes the reform of modern human resources management Necessity.Secondly,through the methods of literature analysis,questionnaire and exploratory factor analysis,it determines the composition of human resource management performance evaluation model,including organizational vitality,salary satisfaction and talent quality.The structural equation model is used to construct the human resource management organization performance evaluation model,using the AMOS software to analyze the survey data to verify the fitting result of the performance evaluation model,and through the structural equation model to analyze the causal relationship between the three dimensions of the performance evaluation model.Finally,on the basis of summarizing the present situation of human resources management in Tianjin Post,this paper analyzes the internal management of Tianjin Post and points out the main problems existing in human resources management.According to the results of the model analysis,specific reform measures are put forward from the three aspects of building talent classification training,training and grading organizational classification and remuneration refinement reform,which provide the basis and basis for the healthy and steady restructuring of state-owned enterprises.
