With the entering into WTO, the environment out of the hotels is more open and the international competitions become more furious. Chinese hotels will face the world market directly and compete with the world famous hotels managing groups. Facing the challenge, national hotels must improve their core competition and emphasize the capital to invest on the hotel human resource to acquire the maximal benefit. It is helpful for hotels to improve their hotel human resource management level, acquire the best benefit and strengthen their core competition. Hotels could implant more great competitive superiority and look for developing chance through taking effective hotel human resource management. Hotels converse the capital investment on the hotel human resource into the income of the organizations and converse the hotel human resource into organizational resource by improving the competitive capabilities and acquiring competitive superiority to form the core competition.This article starts from the concept of hotel human resource management, studies the concept of hotel human resource management and the system of hotel human resource management. Then it analyzes hotel human resource management from the particularity of hotel human resource and the main characteristics of hotel human resource management. It brings forward the target of hotel human resource management. Secondly, it introduces the general situation of Li Jiang Hotel and its organization structure. It analyzes the hotel human resource situation of Marshal Palace from hotel human resource gross, hotel human resource structure, personnel fluxion and personnel skills, quality and cultivation. Then it analyzes the hotel human resource management mode of Li Jiang Hotel from the department Hotel human resource management, exterior inviting applications for jobs, interior selection, material benefits, income, personnel performance examination and personnel cultivation concluding the main problems of human resource management of Li Jiang Hotel. At last, it systematically accounts for the implement strategies of hotel human resource management including the strategy of inviting applications for jobs, the strategy of personnel cultivation, the strategy of personnel performance examination . the strategy of income and construction of hotel culture.The article will offer the theoretical support and the methodical basis.
