As China’s economy continues to improve the level of the hotel industry is very fast, so the competition between the hotels also heated up more and more, we must rely on each hotel in order to win the opportunity to improve the quality of services and the development of the survival space. As the labor-intensive service industries, the most important resource is human resources. Moreover, management of the hotel is the most important person in the administration, strengthening of the hotel’s human resources management, to enhance the economic efficiency of the hotel, to promote the sustainable development of the hotel important. However, our human resource management of the hotel industry exist many problems, mainly reflected in the irrational idea behind the service, employment standards prejudices pay system, the lack of effective promotion and incentives, staff turnover, quality of employees low and so on. This requires hotels to establish a sound human resources strategy management mechanism to completely change the status quo, making the hotel to maximize human resources in order to achieve the hotel’s staff and the two sides "win-win." In general, the hotel human resource management determines whether the quality of customer service is good or bad, right or not human resource management will directly affect the hotel’s competitive position in the industry, so the hotel is an urgent need to improve human resource management and innovation.In this paper, object of this study is Yuefulanting. Firstly, we introduced the research background and analyzed the theoretical significance and practical significance of this study. Secondly, the major domestic and international human resource management theory were expounded systematically, including Including human resource management, meaning the development process, the theoretical basis and so on. Ways on this basis, the status of human resource management Yuefulanting Hotel were analyzed and the Yuefulanting Hotel talent management Loss Causes and Countermeasures were discussed. Yuefulanting Hotel propose ways to get rid of the problem of human resources is to establish a "people-oriented" management philosophy, and improve incentives to develop education and training programs and career planning system, and build scientific human resources management system. Only in this way, the Yuefulanting Hotel existing human resource management dilemma will be removed.In summary, the actual situation Yuefulanting Hotel was seen as a starting point. Then the hotel human resource management theory and practice were integrated. An effective way which matched the hotel in human resource management will be trying to find. Then, the human resources management of existing problems in Yuefulanting Hotel will be solved.
